About the Role

You are the person we go to when we need to understand something deeply and quickly. A market, a technology, a regulatory landscape, a competitor, an acquisition target. Whatever the question, you find the answer.

You are not expected to code. But you live in your terminal. Claude Code is your operating system. You use it to research, synthesize, organize and produce work that would take most people weeks in a fraction of the time.

You will work across TZCO and our portfolio companies, supporting decision making with thorough, well structured intelligence. Your output directly informs where we invest, what we build and how we operate.

Who You Are

• You know how to learn. You can pick up almost any topic in weeks, regardless of how complex it is. You have done this repeatedly throughout your life.
• You love to learn. Your browser history and bookshelf reflect this.
• You are an exceptional writer. Your thinking is clear because your writing is clear.
• You are rigorous. You care about getting it right. You check sources, question assumptions and distinguish between what is known and what is assumed.
• You use AI tools aggressively to multiply your output. You are not waiting for permission to adopt new workflows.
• You are comfortable with ambiguity. Someone gives you a vague question and you come back with a structured answer.
• You have strong judgment about what matters. You know which information changes decisions.

$100,000 — $200,000 USD
