About the Role

We build with people who have founder instincts. This role is designed for individuals who are not just looking for a job but are working toward building something of their own.

While you are deployed across TZCO's portfolio, you are encouraged to develop and pressure-test your own ideas. We create space and time for that. If you have a thesis you want to explore or an early concept you want to stress-test in the real world, we want to know about it. You will have access to operators, investors and builders across our network who can help you sharpen your thinking.

As we build trust with each other over time, TZCO aims to be a natural partner for what comes next, whatever that looks like for you. No commitments on either side, but a unique relationship built on aligned incentives.

Compensation

Annual Salary Range

$120,000 — $200,000 USD
