Deployment Specialist

About the Role

You sit between the technology and the business problem. Your job is to take what our engineering teams build and put it to work inside real companies. You make sure AI systems actually get adopted, configured correctly and deliver results.

You don't need to be an engineer. But you are fluent in CLIs like Claude Code and comfortable working in a terminal. You can read code, follow a deployment process and troubleshoot when something isn't working as expected.

What sets you apart is your ability to understand business problems and apply clarity to complexity. You walk into a company, understand how it operates, identify where our tools fit and make the deployment happen. You are the last mile between what we build and the value it creates.

Who You Are

• You love understanding how businesses actually work. The real workflows, the bottlenecks, the things people complain about on a daily basis.
• You bring clarity to complex problems. When others are confused about where to start, you break it down and create a path forward.
• You are comfortable in a terminal. You use CLIs daily and you pick up new tools fast.
• You are not afraid of technical environments even if you are not writing production code yourself. You can hold your own in a room full of engineers.
• You are an excellent communicator. You translate between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• You are persistent. Deployments don't always go smoothly. You stay with it until it works.
• You take ownership. Once a deployment is yours, the outcome is yours.

Compensation

Annual Salary Range

$110,000 — $220,000 USD
