Builder in Residence

About the Role

You believe in having a partner that works next to you to derisk a company and to build things with the right genetics from the start. TZCO is that partner. You will join us to build something new from scratch with our capital, infrastructure and support behind you.

You are comfortable validating deeply and selling before building. This is not an incubator program. There is no demo day. You are here to build a real company. You will have access to the TZCO ecosystem, our technology, our talent pipeline and our operating partners. What you build with it is up to you.

We expect you to move fast, validate quickly and either scale what works or kill what doesn't. The timeline is yours to own but the bar is high. We back builders who ship.

• You have a strong point of view about what should exist in the world and you are ready to go build it.
• You are technical. You can build the first version yourself without waiting for a team.

• You have high standards. The things you build reflect the care you put into them.

Compensation

Annual Salary Range

$150,000 — $280,000 USD
