About the Role
You believe every back office function of a company can be reinvented. Finance, legal, HR, compliance, procurement, reporting. All of it. There is no function that cannot be redesigned or automated. You will do this across TZCO and the companies we work with.
Your job is to look at how work gets done today, identify what can be rebuilt with AI and then actually rebuild it. You orchestrate agents to do work that used to require manual effort, repetitive processes and layers of coordination.
You will own operational workflows end to end. You scope the problem, design the new process, deploy the agents and make sure the system runs. When something breaks you fix it. When something can be better you make it better.
Who You Are
- You look at any operational process and immediately see how it should work instead of how it currently works.
- You love orchestrating agents to do work for you. You find it deeply satisfying to replace manual processes with systems that run themselves.
- You understand business operations. You have spent time in or around finance, legal, HR or other back office functions and you know where the real pain is.
- You are technical enough to build and deploy agent workflows yourself. You don't need an engineering team to get things done.
- You are relentless about eliminating unnecessary work. If a human is doing something an agent could do, that bothers you.
- You thrive in ambiguity. You can walk into a company, map out how it operates and start rebuilding within days.
Compensation
Annual Salary Range
$120,000 — $240,000 USD
